TVONE Private Event :Verses and Flow Event Hosted by Hill Harper in Atlanta at King Plow Arts Center
Verses and Flow is a unique series that highlights the upcoming talent in R&B and Spoken word/Poetry. Lexus taped 3 shows on last week (Sept 11-13) at the King Plow Arts Center here in Atlanta. I attended the Monday night show which I got to see Ledisi, Kem, Tyrese, and Pharaoh Monch all perform.
I love getting invitations for events like this in Atlanta. The vibe was very sexy and nice. You can’t go wrong with an open bar, food, liquor-infused ice cream bars, networking.
My two highlights of the night was meeting and taking pictures with Cathy Hughes, Founder of RadioOne & Dyana Washington (Creator and Executive Producer of The Unsung series on TVOne)…(Pictured) They were very humble and fun women to talk too!
My second Highlight was having fun at the photo booth…taking pictures and being creative with props and having your own photoshoot and they printed you a free color 5x7 picture for you to take with you.
My favorite Janet Jackson song of all time!!
